The Wall Mounted Service Unit is fabricated
of fiberglass with all plumbing and electrical hook-ups designed for easy installation.
The unit is completely equipped with all the best quality chrome and stainless steel
fixtures and accessories to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. Included are:
19 in. stainless steel sink and electric waste disposal unit, hot and cold water tempering
unit with lever handle, centralever self closing pre-rinse valve (shower head with on/off
valve) with 10 in. flexible vinyl extension. Utility faucet with elbow handle and swivel
spout. Electrical outlet with on/off switch. Hydro aspirator and aspirator extension
equipped with an automatic vacuum breaker now required by law in many states as a
safe-guard against contamination the water supply when the water supply drops. The
aspirator has no moving parts and is easily dismantled for cleaning. Water flow is
reversible for trocar flushing or leading water service to the table without removing the
aspirator. The aspirator extension doubles protection against water contaminated and
intensifies aspirating suction. The stainless steel mirrored cabinet has a towel
dispenser, soap dispenser, utility shelf, recessed shelf and locking cabinet door. A
non-corroding valve dispenses soaps, lotions and detergents. The towel dispenser holds
either 600c-fold or 800 multi-fold paper towels

MODEL 600000 CARRIER CHASSIS
The carrier chassis is fabricated of strong 12 gauge, 1 in.
square, steel tubing, subassemblies are of welded construction. The steel framework is
finished with a special high fired powder coating to provide outstanding resistance to
scratching, chipping or staining. The chassis is also available in stainless steel. The
subframe is shaped to fit into the hi-tech plastic operating platform to ensure a more
secure fitting over previous designs. The subframe shape permits the simple lifting on or
off of the operating platform...no mechanical fastening devices are required. A handle is
provided and when lifted, tilts the platform and automatically engages the positive
locking brake-leg mechanism. The unit is equipped with four 8 in. diameter swivel
wheels...two wheels with brake mechanism. The bottom framework accommodates one or two
utility trays

Operating Table
The power of hydraulics is yours with
Ferno® Model 101-H Hydraulic Operating Table. Tilting and height adjustments are
accomplished with a hydraulic foot pedal. The Model 101-H gives you quick adjustments and
individual settings with the option of lowering and raising either end 29 1/2 to 37-1/2
inches above the floor for easy preparation from a standing or sitting position.
But hydraulic power is not the only
outstanding feature of this operating table. The table top is in a convex shape drain
fluids away from the body. An extra-deep trough runs the perimeter of the table,
eliminating the need for splash guards. The drain, located in the center of the foot end,
quickly eliminates fluids from the table.
All four eight-inch swivel wheels lock
instantly with a single foot pedal. Top quality Type 304 stainless steel with a No. 3
finish ensures easy maintenance. Solid surface base eliminates crevices for liquids to
coagulate.
