MODEL 1036-R101 TWO BODY MORTUARY REFRIGERATOR
- Capacity: Two body.
- Exterior Front: 22 gauge type 304 stainless
steel with No. 4 finish.
- Exterior Balance: 20 gauge stucco finish
aluminum.
- Interior: 20 gauge stucco finish aluminum.
- Insulation: 3.5 inch foamed in place
polyurethane insulation with an in place density of (2.4 lbs per cubic foot), class 1 with
a K factor of .13.
- Casters: Four 6 inch diameter casters, two
casters are ridgid; two are swivel type with wheel brakes.
- Body Trays: Fabricated of 18 gauge type 304
stainless steel with a No. 4 finish. Trays are provided with built-in hand slots and are
constructed for heavy-duty use with continuous welded corners.
- Telescoping Mechanism: Three piece
telescoping carriage fabricated of aluminum extrusion.
- Condensing Unit: Self contained 1/2 h.p.,
air cooled 220VAC, single phase, 60Hz
- Corner Bumpers Around Full Perimeter

WALK-IN REFRIGERATOR & FREEZERS
 Construction
Prefabricated poured-in-place urethane
insulated panels in the following styles:
HD Panel - Cam-Loc type with high density
tongue & groove urethane perimeter frame. In 3-1/2 inch and 4 inch thicknesses.
WF Panel - Cam-Loc type, with kiln-dried
Douglas Fir perimeter frame. In 3-1/2 inch and 5-1/2 inch thicknesses.
Floors: Cam-Loc type with high density
tongue & groove urethane perimeter frame. Designed to support 500 pounds per square
foot when weight is evenly distibuted and panel is fully supported. Reinforced with 5/8
inch treated plywood bonded to the metal skin.
Insulation
Rigid poured-in-place urethane having a
thermal conductivity (K-factor) of .118 and an overall coefficient of heat transfer
(U-factor) of not more than .029 R rating of 34.
Panel Locking Devices
Panels are assembled via cam action hook
and pin fasteners. Fasteners are foamed in place and activated by a hex key wrench
provided with each unit. Access ports are covered with cap plugs. Ports are accessible
from the interior of the cooler.
Metal Finishes
Standard Exterior: Exposed exterior shall
be .032 inch thick stucco embossed aluminum and unexposed exterior shall be stucco
embossed galvanized steel.
Standard Interior: Walls and ceiling shall
be .032 inch thick stucco embossed aluminum. The floor, if required, shall be 16 gauge
galvanized steel.

Doors
Standard: A self-closing door with a clear
opening of 42 inches by 84 inches. The door is flush, infitting type with poured-in-place
polyurethane insulation. Interior and exterior finish shall be .032 inch thick stucco
embossed aluminum. Door gasket is magnetic, mounted on the top and two sides of the door.
The bottom edge of each door shall have a double blade, adjustable neoprene wiper gasket.
Doors are equipped with two heavy duty cam-lift hinges and a lockable positive latch with
inside safety release. All hardware is chrome plated.
Optional Doors
Model P - Standard infitting, overlap door
for heavy duty use. The door latch has flush inside safety release with provision for a
padlock. Hinges are strap type and cam-lift. Hardware has semi-polished aluminum finish.
Gasket is a thermo-plastic bulb type, easily removable, and shall be mounted on the top
and two sides of the door. The bottom edge shall have an adjustable neoprene wiper gasket.
Door finish to match adjacent walls.
Model S - Standard infitting, overlap door
for medium duty. The door latch has smooth action with inside safety release and cylinder
lock. Hinges are strap type with spring assist cam-lift design. Equipped with a piston
action door closer. Hardware is chrome plated. Door gasket is magnetic, mounted on top and
two sides of the door. The bottom edge shall have an adjustable neoprene wiper gasket.
Door finish to match adjacent walls.
Accessories: Hardware can be specified to
include third hinge support, spring loaded hinges, pull handle or door closer.
Sliding Doors: Available in manual or power
slide. Sizes are designed to meet the customers specifications. Can be designed to slide
from the left or the right. Door finish to match adjacent walls.
Solar Powered Thermometer
Self-powered digital thermometer mounted on
front panel. Adjustable calibration and ten second update time.
Lighting
An incandescent lighting fixture is
supplied with a vaporproof cover (115/1/60), NSF, UL and CSA approved. Switch with pilot
light is mounted on front panel.
Refrigeration System
Condensing unit is hermetically sealed, air
or water cooled. System can be designed for remote or local installation. All systems are
preassembled, cycled and certified at the factory. Standard voltage is 208-230/1/60, other
voltages are available. Evaproator Coils and controls are 115/1/60.
